Ingredients
  

  • 2 bags of chopped up Ande's mints
  • 1 bottle of Rum Chata
  • 2 small cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small carton of heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups of milk

Instructions
 

  • Just mix everything together,
  • Set on high for 2 hours stirring occasionally
  • Enjoy
