Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Gran. Sugar
- 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Pecans
- 1 Single Pie Crust
Instructions
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick
- Add syrup, nuts & vanilla.
- Pour into 9” or 10” pie shell (not baked)
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
